Win XP Pro hangs problem

Just done a clean reinstall (Win XP Pro) on my kids machine and after I login it hangs, any ideas?

Step 1: Boot Machine in Safe Mode
Step 2: Log in as Administrator
Step 3: Open the Event Viewer:
Step 4: Tell us the actuall errors happening.
