Hope no one has posted about this in the past, But apparently Windows Xp and Windows 2000 have a built in font editor
You can run the editor from Start Menu -> Run and type in eudcedit.
The font editor is actually not bad at all, It gives out a 64x64 blank worksheet to create your own set of fonts.
The fonts you have created you can later on save as "Private Characters"
The only disadvantage in the editor is that you can't export the font you have created, so you will be the only one enjoying your own set of fonts
