Win 2K pro tweaks

what is the best place to get win 2k pro performance tweaks, this pc is an via ktv400 chipset, dfi lan party board. amd 2500 cpu 1gb ddr 333 ram and raided 7200rpm drives, this pc is gonna host for a large lan party. what can i do to it to make it better????
