HI. I have a another PC and i wanted Verizon DSL on it but my OS is won2000 SP1 and its requirement is at least win 2000 SP2. Where can i download a stand alone file of win 2000 SP2?

Why not download Sp4 ? Choose the network installation, you will then have access to the full Sp4 file (~125Mo) 😉
