thats a nice system... I reckon on your desktop it should run well through perhaps 1280x1024 or maybe even 1600x1200 :)

it is a ps2 game with higher poly count textures for high res... hence I seriously doubt it will not work well...

bout your laptop... I dunno m8... you will have to check it out... it should work decent.. but with 32mb sdr.. it may not be breathtakingly fast @ higher res.. try it out @ perhaps 800x600 or something equally low... and it should be plenty smooth enough...

I just saw VC running smoothly on a P4 1400 with 256 MB SDRAM and a Geforce 2 MX200 32 MB vidcard. It ran at 640x480 @ 32-bit

Okay, so I'm guessing that I will just be able to run Vice City on my dell laptop (good, than I can play it when I am travelling around this summer) and very well on my desktop.

um... well yes...

cept vice city has so many bugs it may just not play at all :(

j/k

but yes it is buggy... and yes.. you will be able to play the game... :)

Buggy? Haven't noticed any big bugs yet. Anyway for those who are curious, I now run VC smoothly on a PIII 800, 256 MB SDRAM and a Geforce 3 TI200 card @ 1024x768 @ 32-bit with full options.

I run it smoothly, with 2600+, 512MB DDR Ram, Radeon 9700 Pro at 1280x1024 32-bit colour and all options turned on

i run it smoothly with p4 2.0a ghz 512 ddr ram geforce 4 ti 4200 128ram at 1280x1024x32

dont know bout that game
but i'm runing gta3 at 1600x1200 32bit 16af,8aa
it runs very smooth

xp1800,512pc133,modded 9700 to pro ):

i have an athlon 900mz, geforce2 mx200 and it runs nice @ 1024x768. so im pretty sure it would run very good on urs...lol

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
