Wierd Wireless Problem

I can send and recieve files over the LAN. The thing that is wrong is that I cant play any games over LAN except for Counter-Strike. I tried Warcraft 3 and Age of Mythology but dont work!!! What do I do!!

I am surprised you can play CS. Wi-Fi has to much latency in it at this time to have good results when trying to game. In order to solve your issues you will need to plug yourself into a wired network.

My ping in counterstrike is like 10-15 constant !!!! So There IS HOPE

I run Battlefield 1942 over wifi and get 5-6 ping and thats a real bandwidth hog compared to cs.

hey bandworthy wut are the settings that u used to get this to work. LIKE TCP/IP crap and crap!

Erm i just assigned an ip for each (192.168.0.anything from 1 to 255 but HAS to be a different end number on each) and subnet of 255.255.255.0 on each (all same). everything else works. since CS works then it couldnt be a wifi setting problem (channel? ssid etc) you got firewall going?. best shutting them buggers down while sorting network problems.
