Silly Putty... it's almost skin-colored and it will fill the hole for ya... no more lint!

You could take a small vacuum cleaner, like one for a computer, and carry it around with you. Using it every couple of hours will drastically reduce the build-up.

Ya, I have to agree with Gonaads, get some silicon sealant and just smooth it over!

Make you clean it out first or you'll be looking at the same old lint for a long long time!
