I make sure im always uptodate with FF, so i currently have 1.5.0.2
And this version gave me 1gb of memory loss ahaha ... (fixed memory leaks ??)

I went to one of the link (Admiral Michael) posted
Entering " config.trim_on_minimize " as "True" on the FF config.
On minimise its "Memory Usage" reduces considerably, although the Virtual Memory and Peak Memory still are high, i will keep an eye on it though.

Just make sure you thoroughly scan your system.

no, although the name suggests a virus, it is actually a legitimate HP program that checks for updates for programs and or drivers that were installed for HP hardware.

There are two others there that look suspicious.

From the backweb developer: Compaq, HP, McAffee, F-Secure, Western Digital, Logitech, Kodak and IBM are some of BackWeb´s customers. Each of these vendors bundles a customized BackWeb client into their products that are then shipped to their end users. These companies use the BackWeb client to distribute drivers, software updates, patches and critical information from a secure server at their site directly to their users' hard-drives.
