That's the title given to new members. Once you've posted 10 times and 24 hrs has passed you can change your title by going to CPUser...Edit Profile.

so if i just make some random posts so i get up to 10 that would be ok?

there is an options that lets you choose what it says....Go to User CP, the edit options......it is down a bit, you can find it!
