Speed camera's are for revenue hiking. If you're a motorist in England, you're ******.

I have heard stories of dead people receiving driving tickets, people being forged, the camera snapshot having the time and dat doctered, as for that Mini doing 2,100 mph,
what next, driving tickets for not going fast enoguh? Example, speed limit on a road being 50 m.p.h. driver getting ticket for doing 15 m.p.h.
