Which web page application?

Is there any program that allows me to add a bit of code to my web site that will dynamically identify the viewers screen resolution and resize the page appropriately? - pictures, text.. the lot!

P.S. I don't know HTML code etc. I am using frontpage at the moment.

Program? No. DHTML? Yes.

Try using DHTML from DynamicDrive or javascript from here
