Which router to buy?

Which do you think is the better router?

Linksys EtherFast 4-Port Cable/DSL Router (BEFSR41) or

Netgear Platinum Cable/DSL Web Safe Router w/ 4-Port Switch (RP614)

Best Buy has them for around the same price. Thanks for your input.

Netgear, IMHO

have the Linksys myself, and have had trouble and read about other people having trouble with it as well

Linksys is the most common among people on this forum so you can easily get detailed help. I always liked Netgear though (haven't even seen Linksys in Sweden).

i've got linksys and pretty happy with it now that i've figured out most of it's functions

Ive got the linksys too and once you download their detailed instruction sheet most of the confusion goes away. I love their
web browser type menu system. Now that I finally got it figured out this router has been workin great for me. Plus the other Linksys products can all be stacked on top of each other if you need to save some space. Im gettin a Linksys cable modem next.
