which monitor?

My monitor is gonna break down soon and this is like my 3rd monitor in 4 yrs. I want a monitor that's gonna last me at least 2yrs lol. Planning to buy a regular 19-21" monitor flat screen, not a flat planel since they are a bit more costly for bigger monitors. Which brand should I look out for? And what specs should I be looking for?
