Which is better Spybot or Spyware Sweeper ?

I use spybot and adaware. What is better is a good question. Which application has the upto dat signature files is the best. That reminds me, I must post something in anti virus section.

Never used spyware sweeper, but im very happy with spybot

generally i do a cookie scan with spybot every now and again, and any specific adware i remove personally according to guidelines found on google
