Which driver for SB Live! Value ?

Hi everyone,

I've got a Creative Sound Blaster Live! Value (chip CT4832), and I'd like to know which drivers are the newest and/or the best ones for this sound card under WinXP.

I've downloaded the SoundBlasterXP Update from Creative's site, and I also found somewhere else a driver called 5.12.1.3512.
There are also drivers listed in Microsoft's Windows Update page.

Which one should I install ? Should I stay with the native drivers from WinXP ?

the native drivers didnt let 4 speaker support work for me. I downloaded the update from creative and they worked. I didnt download the updated version from windows update

Manufacturer drivers should, in most cases, are prefered over pre-laoded and Windows Update Microsoft drivers
