Which Antec 550w?

About to upgrade my system and I need to get a new PSU.

I'm down to one of these 2 PSUs, not sure what the difference between the two is, other than one has 1fan and the other has 2.

Is there any other significant difference between the two? and which one is better, or is it a wash? The 2 fan model is cheaper after the rebate, but I'm less concerned about the price difference than in any performance difference.
