Wheres my Security Tab?

Ok, i recently reinstalled XP with NTFS partition and i am log in as the Adminstrator but the security tab is missing from my properties of a folder, all i see is General, Sharing, and the Customize tabs, but no Securtiy tab, now my brother has the security tab on his XP with NTFS, where is mine? Is there something i have to do to activate it or not?

I have figured it out, i just had to uncheck the simple file sharing box in tools, folder options, view, Use simple file sharing (Recommended)

and presto my Security Tab appears.
