Where to test line speed?

does anyone know of a site that will test my speed reliably?

just switched ISPs, and really curious as to how fast im truckin' right now. Usually use broadband reports/dlsreports.com for testing it, but the three free servers they use to test it are all usually super congested, which is hurting my results... a lot.

so is there a site without as much congestion that will give me an accurate measurement, or should i just wait til 3 or so in the morning and test it then, when those servers arent as busy?
