Where is the "windows image and fax viewer" exe located?

I've looked everywhere... and obviously missed it... but where the hell is the exe for the "windows image and fax viewer" the one that let's you preview images in your my pics folder...

I want mozilla to use it to open jpegs, instead of asking me everytime if i want to save or open... i just want to open it...

Looks like a dll to me. The file types section of the folder options menu shows :
rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscreen %1

Try that. It worked for me when I wanted to use ACDSee.
