Where can i find self install themes?

I remember back some time ago, some one posted links to themes, etc.

I remember a web site being posted that featured themes zipped up. Inside the zip was the wallpaper, fronts, etc and a self install file.


Do any one have any idea as to what site that was.

I've found that it depends on who made the theme not where you get it from. Some are self install others manual.
