Just curious what countries are represented here. Some of you have it posted, some don't. If you are in the "other" catagory, tell us where.

Sorry about the "other" cat. I am only allowed 5 choices.

Americans are the biggest slackers. We jst sit around all day and mess around if its not nice outside.

Last time someone did this, the thread was ten pages long.

EP, I hate you. Being sober is a stone drag, especially when you've spent half your life swilling Guinness. And (starting a sentence with an article like the anarchist I am) it's a pain in the arse trying to find it on tap this side of the pond when I do have the occasional drink (it's mostly vile American beer and boring German imports over here). I do have my girlfriend hooked on Miller Genuine Draft though, since it tastes a fair bit like Western Australian bitters.

Why am I turning a geography thread into a beer discussion? I really need to get out more. I should be packing anyway ... heading off to Florida, where hopefully my arthritis and allergies will get a reprieve for a while as it pisses down in Nashville all week.

Cooldip and Lelu, I have noticed a lot of Texans here. Even though I live in Florida, I am still a Texan. Born and raised in Odessa.

Gnu, come on down to Florida, I'll buy you a beer.

Hey xsivforce, good to hear that!

Big O!..... I lived there for 44 years! Great town and great people, we miss both, we came here for the trees and water.

You can take a Texan out of Texas but you can't take Texas out of a Texan.

:D

I live in Kansas,Oklahoma(no that's not a joke,it exists-65 miles east of Tulsa)But I was born and raised in Waco,Texas.

I miss it too. I lived there from 1970 to 1995. My family is still there. Wouldn't doubt it if I end up there again. ;) The people here in Florida just aren't the same. :(

p.s. OHS is finally beating Permian occasionally. Go figure.

I am from Australia .. but living in the Philippines at the moment.

We lived there from 56 to 97.
Agree about OHS beating Permian. :D
Our kids went to Permian.
We have a granddaughter graduating from OHS this year.

Agree the people here are not the same! :(

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
