When I play a movie, No Sound!!! HELP!!!

I downloaded a movie from a friend of mine. And when I play it in Windowsmedia player 8/9 there is video, but no sound at all, it should have sound!!

I downlaoded the 2 codecs, that should make it work, divx, and xvid

but still no luck

when i open it in wmp8/9 it says finding codec, then it says error downloading codec or somthin like that, then the video plays, with no sound of course, PLEEEEEEEEEEEASE help me

u need the AC3 codec

get the nimo codec pack, that should have pretty much everything you need all in one handy installer :]
