whats the best way to make a coreload.

ok here is my question whats the best way to make a coreload cd. for windows Xp pro. I have a legal version but its before sp1-2 so i want to add that in as well as latest drivers for my comp. And if i could have it install a few progs as well that would be very benifical. any ideas? could i make it a dvd also or no? anyone know anything .
