Im not sure if its advantages so much as it is quality.
I know my Asus board came with so many connections and stuff i have a lot of extras also the sound card on mine is pretty good. From what i understand, mmy mobo is also a pretty basic mobo so...
 
I have been looking at my next MB which will be asus m2n32-sli deluxe, it has some great features.
