whats happiening

i am using xp pro crop when i restrart windows all i get is the backgrond but no start bar or desktop icons can start in safe mode

is it clean install ?
been playing with themes and theming programs ?

can yah right click the desktop to get the options menu?

need a little more information on what yer mean m8...

could try to boot to safe mode and run sfc /scannow see if that helps

tried right click only task manger works scan didnot work

My friend had this happen to him we couldn't figure out how to get it to come back up so he ended up formating his pc (this was a t a lan noless to )
