just wonder if your on the new version I seen a few posts about it being slower, other than that check the bandwidth the other person has available........ I can get 100k a second from one guy and 2k from another .........its not always you or yours

Kazaa is incredibly slow for me at school, so i switched to songspy which has been awsome.

I had similar experiences and then found out that the ISP had been port throttling P2P services something about user abuse of ADSL and the internet .......... I thought I was paying for always on high bandwidth service..... anyway a few users reported them to the press and hey presto my downloads all of a sudden where a lot faster.

Yeah, many ISP's are throttling the P2P port without giving notice.
