What size is your (main) HD?

How many partitions do you have on your main drive, and what do you use them for?
 
80GB Main drive, contains operating system and apps (along with random docs etc)
120GB secondary drive, contains Music, "Stuff" (literally bits of everything, gigs of it :D)
 
Nice. I got 80GB HD.
Got erm.. C: - I: (7partitions) on the HD. lol
Using HyperOS, 3 OS partitions and 2 backup partitions. Still got around 25GB free space on the HD. :)

ad0s2 20GB for Slackware
ad0s3 20GB for FreeBSD
ad0s4 15GB FAT32 shared partition for all 3 OS's

Not all of the drive is partitoned and or seen due to issues both hardware and software
 
My laptop: 30 GB Hitachi/IBM
- partition0 - 32MB FAT - Dell Diagnostic Tools (hidden partition)
- partition1 - 13GB NTFS - Windows and all my software
- partition2 - 13GB NTFS - Documents (homework etc), music, downloads
- partition3 - 3GB ReiserFS - Slackware Linux 9.1 root partition
- partition4 - 256MB Linux swap partition
Current free space (about 8.5 GB...yes, I keep the disk squeaky clean ;p)

My desktop at home: 80 GB WD 7200rpm 8MB cache
- partition1: 15GB - Windows and software
- partition2: 65GB - Documents, digital photos, digital videos, music, backups from the laptop etc.
 
120 atm,
going for 2xsata 250gb at the end of the month.
 
main:
40 gig 3 partitions, 25G XP, 1.5G pagefile, 13.5 Stuff(backups of files, downloads of apps and such, music)
network drive: 100G 3 partitions, 33G xp, 33G stuff from that computer(movies, backups, music, etc), 33G drive images

15 + 75 = 90 ...... i'm guessing you mean 15 GB and 65 GB?

anyway. i'm using a Seagate 120GB 8MB cache

partition 1 = 80GB (Windows XP Pro and programs)
partition 2 = 30GB (backup and downloads)

and i'm kinda getting the feeling that someone's gonna ask me "why did you make your OS and programs partition so much bigger?", and the reason i did that..... i don't care about what programs i installed. lol. the only backup i've made as of right now is right after i get the very few programs i like to have on my PC on it, such as mIRC and all my required drivers, stuff like that.

partition 3 - 47gb - bulk storage, movies, old versions of programs, updates, etc
partition 4 - 7gb - fixed size pagefile and room for a DVD burn file

The second 120 gb drive is an image of the first I backup every 2 weeks and then remove physically for safe keeping.
