I have tried babel fish and made guesses like Korean... but am still none the wiser on this one....

I know it is way off topic for this board, but it has me stumped.

I'd also like to know if there's any way to do this with any online/language service (they all seem to need more data to work with).

But if anyone just knows, then great.
