What is Nwiz.exe? I have "Nwiz.exe /install" as a RUN item. Is it safe to remove?

What is Nwiz.exe and what does it do? Can I safely remove it?

I don't know what it is but I removed it with no harmfull effects.

The file is the nVidia nView Control Panel.

Not sure. I don't have a Geforce card, yet . However, I recommend you try to change some settings first. If it doesn't allow you to change it, reinstall the drivers and software for your card.

Yes it is safe to remove it. It will not effect your ability to make changes to your video card. Removed mine long ago without any negative results.
