It wont go away
It wont right or left click.
It doesnt have a title.
What is it? Is it a problem? How do i get rid?

Nothing I recognize. Notification area icons normally don't have the UAC shield.

Nice little poem there. check your msconfig for any strange startup files. And is that two anti-viruses I see?

yes it is...norton came with the pc and will run out in a couple of months so yeah.
i got avg because its nice.

I just came across it by chance.
Its the parental control i set up for an account for my sister.
Forgot the icon looked like that.

But why cant i do anything to it?

You should probably uninstall norton if it isnt being used

maybe because it's parental controls you have to be logged on as admin or maybe launch the main program to make changes to it. perhaps the icon is there just so you know the protection is enabled
