This may be common knowledge to everyone else but its not to me.
I see Oblivion was made by Bethesda but published by 2k games. What does that mean? Did Bethesda design everything, write the code, test it all that crap and then GIVE the gold code to 2k so they can put in on a DVD? This is kinda like the question of what a producer does in movies ... closest guess I can make is that they give money to the filmmakers. Anyone want to shed some light on this for me?
