hmmm, you have two choices for the quesiton and poll.. perhaps you can should change the 'yes' and 'no' to harder and easier, or change the question to either harder or easier and not both.. I'd say overall it's getting easier for users who just want plug n play..

yeah I tihnk it is getting easier mainly due to the fact that there are a lot of people who are learnign about things beforehand and by the time they get into the world of computers they are real clever and stuff..

as well, kids these days are playing with computers at an early age so by the time they hit 12+ they know quite a lot.. the tough part is educating their parents.. many of them are technophobes..
