What do you think of this??

well, i ain't much of an AMD fan, even though their processors are cheaper than Intel, but why on earth would it support 3GB of DDR if it's DDR266, 2GB of DDR if it's DDR333, and 1GB if it's DDR400? that doesn't really make sense to me.
 
The only thing I'd be wary of is that it's a SiS chipset (which is the reason for the strange RAM compatibility)

It's not a bad price, but I think you could build something yourself that would meet, or exceed that price.
