what do i do about this error?

everytime i try to run some apps on my comp i keep getting an error on my screen. Take a look at the picture below to find out please. Does anyone know what is causing this problem?

looks like a bad memory module to me, check your memory. I'm not 100% sure on that though, hopefully, X will look at this.

I see you have audiogalaxy installed...

I put that on my machine today for the first time and every time I tried to shut it down I got and error just like that.

I'm not saying it is the same one, just an observation, was it running at the time?
