i got my first term results and a kick in the behind to compliment it:

Physics: E
Maths: E
Biology: C
Chemistry: D

man A-Levels are hard!

Do what I did - one year, dropped out, worked full time, but went to night school where I did a Skill (welding in my case) - best decision I ever made. School is not all it's cracked out to be, there's still a lot to be made in labouring (£40 an hour as an offshore welder on the oil rigs).

yeah school is pretty much not needed anymore. I know a lot of people who went to school and are working for a grocery store or McDonald's because they couldn't find a job in the Field they studied four years for. The competition is to much to bare.

A example of not needing to go to school is this: My brother owns his own PC | IT business. He goes around to various doctors offices and hospitals maintaning their network systems and such. He told me that if I get my a+, ccna, and MCSE he will hire me at over $70,000.00 a year. Should I go for it ??

hmm.... let's see...... Leather trench coat, stainless steel hood kit and chrome mirrors (though the mirrors didn't arrive yet) for my jeep, cloths (duh. how many people DON'T get cloths), nother pewter dragon, which i might be taking a pic of later and using as my sig cause it looks SOOOOO cool, probably about $700 which i'll probably be using to buy a new distributor for my jeep, possibly an exhaust for it too, but not sure, and a 6800GT 256MB GDDR3. still not sure whether i want the BFG, XFX, or GigaByte one. Maybe even the Asus, but not sure. trying to keep my choices down to 3. Oh, and my MGE Quantum case that should be arriving on Tuesday.

My older brother did that deal with the oldest brother. Then the oldest brother retired and sold his business, now the middle brother makes $25k a year working his ass off managing someone elses a copy center.

The only people with an education who can't get a job are the ones who screwed off in school (see the E E D C report card above), screwed off on the job, or the ones who screwed off by selecting a field they thought was easy or cool (history, liberal arts, etc) instead of one where there was a job market. (Hint unless you can speak Indian or Chinese avoid computer science.)

Back on the topic:
Some books, some clothes, a new scale (old one broke at Thanksgiving, lol), a space heater for work (cheap bastards on heating, but they pay college graduates well).
Nothing computer. I have everything I needed .

I have to say stay in school and work harder at it, or second choice is go to a trade school and learn a good trade if you cant handle the school your at now, but to quit and not learn a trade at the very least, I say is a huge mistake you need to avaoid making at all cost.

Just got back from more present giving places. I got a AC/DC postet,AC/DC hoody, AC/DC cd ( high voltage), a poster with hot ass babes that are just about naked (you can see a nipple on one of the girls ), new eminem cd, 20 bucks. Money just keeps on coming ...think its time to look for what i want to get for my computer .

I got some perfume (Dior something), a health food cook book (from my brother saying "don't cook like this skinny") and a big a$$ tool kit (with five power tools, looks like a suitcase, it even has wheels!). No clothes!

And a hell of a party on christmas day, but that wasn't really a gift I guess.

Also I'm getting something later from two friends and something from a girl I know. Something "small and porny" she said. I have no idea what it could be... :nervous:
