Welcome screen VS Hibernate

I hibernate and like it but I olso like the welcome screens in xp but when I enable them I cant hibernate anymore ? Is there a way to do both at tha same time??

I think you can have both, there is a way to anable hibernate

if you XP Prof

goto start > control panel > switch to classic > power options > tab "hibernate"

There you can enable it
