Weird thing going on with my screensaver...

When I’m at the login screen and my screensaver is up and running when I move the mouse it sometimes will go to a blank black screen. I can get out of it by ctrl-alt-deleting but I have to restart after that because if I try to logon to a user it just freezes up before it gets to the desktop. BTW I have the regular windows xp screensaver going.

Any help? Thx guys...

Best guess right now - Check your Advanced Power Management settings.

Disable hibernation, and suspend modes.
