Weird DLL prob

Heres a weird little problem I've been having. WHen ever I boot up, a new, empty folder appears in the all users startup folder. It is just labeled dll and its icon is that of a program groups folder. the real annoying is that this folder opens on startup. If I delete it, it just reappears on the next boot? Any ideas might be useful. It's 4:30 am and I'm tired of trying to track this down myself.

Sounds like a tweaking program is changing the default download folder and creating it new each time you reboot.

I don't have any tweaking programs currently installed. I did a clean install recently and just haven't gotten around to tweaking the hell out of my box yet. (its that busy time of the year in college!)
