weed desktop theme

I downloaded this theme but couldn't install because plus!aqhand.cur(pointer had fallen out. Went back and downloaded again. Still missing! My guess is I didn't drop it on the way home. I think it wasn't there to begin with. Can anyone help? I really like the theme and would like to use it. Thanks!

I do have style xp as well as desktop architect. I don't know what else to tell you. when I unzipped the file, it advised me that it could not be installed because the particular cursor file I cited is missing. How would I go about getting more details? I really dop like the theme.
