Website Help: Border To Text

I have this website (attached image)

The text is by itself at the moment, I need to add a border to it, something like the second attached image.

I have no idea how to do this. I was wondering if anyone could help. I know there is away to do it with laying text over an image, i know there is away to do it with tables, I just can't figure it out.

Anyone want to take a shot at it?

thats a div tag with a border and some images at the two rounded corners. Might even be a table.

Why not just borrow the code and tweak it ?

I didn't even think of that. Also, getting that code isn't always easy. Trying that out now.

*edit, can't, that website is all done in Flash or something. I took the html and css but can't find the code for it.

Do you know the code, or another way to do this?

I just did it with a table, but it's of course square. Not sure how to make a table rounded corners.

You need to use images to create the rounded corners.

Yes but how do I place those images where I want them, and keep them there. That is something I have never understood with CSS.
