Website - Domain look up site needed

Hi, I used to have a site that would tell me
who owned a website, their name, address, phone, etc.
I can't find it and after many searches, all I can come
up with is the common "whois" and all I get is
what server it's on. If anyone has a URL that can
tell me who paid to register, etc. (a website),
I would be real grateful. Thank you in advance.

You will only get the address details/phone if they were provided by the registrant (providing they gave -real- details when regitering the domain)
