I'm looking for a web-based application (preferrable, but not required), that I can use to track projects and keep machine/network specific information, tied to customer profiles.

Anyone know of or seen such a package? I found a few poking around today, but they are rather expensive.

Seems promising, I'll look into it tomorrow. Thanks ;)

Backpack seems OK, Basecamp seems like it may suit my needs quite nicely. I'll watch the online demo as soon as I'm off the conference call I'm on atm (paying close attention of course :p)

I'm curious as to the abilities of the "people" tab...

Oh wow, ServiceDesk Plus does seem to have many, many features I want.

That is a bit pricey, looks to be about $495 for a year. From quick glance most of the options are there for the free edition, but caps at 25 workstations. Maybe I can go with that and upgrade down the road...

well.. depending on what you are looking for, you can look at dotproject

It's more geared towards project management and tasks... non-windows but it is open source.

Also Hi EP and people. I found this place again while looking through a oooollllllldddd backup. I have filled over 10TB and was looking at my collection of antiques. Any bids on the 500Mhz Win 95 fix?
Any of the SP crew still out there?
