Yes; I agree; In the world of computers; money is very much needed. Without it; a lot of things are inacessible.

I actually looked into this awhile back when I was looking for some peace and quiet from my p.c. I recall finding some sort of protective spray to put on your components to keep them safe from leaks and condensation. Ultimately it was to expensive and risky so I learned to live with the noise. (which by the way sounds like a vacuum cleaner)
