har, basically every now and then I do go thru and make sure things are validated, however looking at the errors it is generally code that people enter into news stories etc. so not a real problem.

The backbone of the frontpage is valid.

Another problem is adcode and I can't infact modify those without breaking TOS. I believe when I actually added the validation it was cos they were running in iframes but now the code is direct there on the page.

Due to an accidental prod, the frontpage is now temporarily valid.

changed a few & to &, broke Burstmedia agreements, but yeah should be fine now.

Also found a really obscure </div> so was more than happy to take that out
