vss error?

When i first bootup ,i get bsod,reboot to last good known config!!!and everything is fine.Its been occuring for a week
now ,and i,ve tried system restore ??STILL BSOD??
Any one know the reason?

re-vss error

This is what is written in the events properties!
The COM+Event System detected a bad return code
during its internal processing. HRESULT was 80070422 from line 44 of d:\nt\com\com1x\src\events\tier1\eventsystemobj.cpp. Please contact Microsoft Product Support Services to report this error.

Last three re boots have not had any BOSD errors.

The error seems to be when the PC has been stood for a period of time.
