visual style patch available?

do u guys remember that patch that let you use MSS styles or whatever without downloading StyleXp??? Does it still work? if so can someone upload it here...thanks 🙂

Does this actually work? With the Silver Blue theme @ themexp.org?

Does the status bar and green arrow on the Start menu show blue or green? This is the only theme I'd like to use. It works with StyleXP, But I don't want to buy it. 😱
