ok im trying to set up a VHost now!

    DocumentRoot /E:/WebPage/Wolf_Page/TMO/haqed.org
    ServerName [url]www.haqed.org[/url]
    ServerAlias haqed.org *.haqed.org
    ErrorLog logs/error.log
    CustomLog logs/access.log common env=!dontlog
    SetEnvIf Remote_Addr "xxx\.xxx\.xxx\.xxx" dontlog
</VirtualHost>

server wont start now, whats rong with code?

i still have fies in root dir
but root cant be axxed any more i want to be able to axx them from root

i have files 24.100.37.181/wp.gif , i dont want to change to 24.100.37.181/wh/wp,gif
how do i fix that?
