Video splitter for .mov 6 and .wmv codec 9

unfortunately i have to admit lancer, i haven't

if by splitter you mean an application that demuxes streams from said containers to elementary streams, try YAMB and windows media stream editor respectively. both freeware, windows media stream editor is bundled with windows media encoder.

if by splitter you mean to 'cut' the file, for wmv: try asfbin, or use virtualdub-mpeg2 to extract and mux to avi. for mov, again try YAMB

if by splitter you mean a directshow parser, there's always quicktime/gabest's mp4 splitter and ones that come with media player 10 and above for wmv
