video proplem during game play

i have a 5600fx 256mb card. i finally just got this one back 2 days ago from getting the old one replaced. so now the new one is giving me fits. here is the problem im having. durting game play doom3 or unreal tourney 99, lots of pixels ae not showing up. kinda looks like you have bad reception on a tv or someting. any ideas????

Have you even reinstalled the drivers?

That's what you must do after replacing any hardware.
