Video preview in Windows Explorer

Is there a way to view (preview in the small video window-ala W2K) video in windows explorer?

It does work on XP but only for certain file types , like .asf which are MS file types

mpeg doesnt work and im not sure about DivX

Do you know how I do it???? Is there something I need to download like and add on that will allow mw to view .avi files in windows explorer like W2K?
